IEnumerable Union returns not distinct items.

when I using IEnumerable<SPListItem>.Union() it returns duplicate data.

I tried .Distict() but it returns duplicate data also.

Enumerable.Union Definiton from msdn ==>

Produces the set union of two sequences by using the default equality comparer.

After creating custom equality comparer , the union method return dictinct items. ^^
